| Lately I have been realizing how incredibly huge God is. I would not even exist without Him. I know we hear this a lot but if you really think about it is just seems so amazing.. It's incredible to think that the God who created the universe cares about my daily needs. The same God who made the ocean, the planets, the mountains, the wind, the sun and the moon, made me and cares about me. And he didn't just create me and desert me. He is watching me every second of every day and night. "In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. Now the earth was formless and empty, darkness was over the surface of the deep, and the Spirit of God was hovering over the waters. And God said 'Let there be light,' and there was light." Genesis 1: 1-3 "And God said, 'Let there be lights in the expanse of the sky to seperate the day from the night, and let them serve as signs to mark seasons and days and years, and let them be lights in the expanse if the sky to give light to the earth.' And it was so." Genesis 1: 14-15 "For by him all things were created: things in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, wheter thrones or powers or rulers or authorities; all things were created by him and for him." Colossians 1:16 "...He created the heavens and all that is in them, the earth and all that is in it, and the sea and all that is in it.." Revelation 10: 6 | | |
| I am enjoying Florida very much. It is so warm and all the flowers and palm trees are gorgeous. I have taken very long rides in the golf cart, swam in the pool for hours, went out to dinner, played cards, and played with my Grandma's new dog, Boca. He is the cutest-he's a little maltese. He only ways about 6 pounds. I love the fact that I can break all the rules with him since he is aloud on the furniture and my dog is not. I'm liking walking outside without a coat, wearing shorts and swimsuits and all that good stuff. Unfouranetly I have to leave today I am leaving the house at 2:30 and will be home probably by nine or tenish. I have had a great timeand am now bracing myself for the chicago weather which i hear is terrible! | | |
| I am getting excited for Easter. We died our eggs two days ago, which is always a lot of fun. Also, tonight is the first night of Passover. Happy Passover! Unfourtanetly we are not having a sedar this year. It's because we were just got back from my Grandpa's funeral in Florida and we just didn't have enough time. However we are still reading a small part of the Haggada and eating Kugel and macaroons. Recently I found a box with all kinds of cards I had recieved, stories and poems and things written by me from age 3-8. It was fun to look through! Here is a story written by myself about age 5. I hope you enjoy it. The Three Easter Bunnies by Katrina The sun was just rising. Three Easter bunnies were collecting eggs for other people's children. One of them had just found a big huge beautiful egg. It was cold outside but pretty. The small fluff-ball children were just waking up. It was time to collect more and more eggs for the bunny children, of they wouldn't get them at the right time. A small bunny named Rosie was running across the grass becuase she was happy about Easter, and very excited. One of the grand Easter bunnies told her to go to sleep, for they had to do thier job. So little Rosie went back to bed as the big Easter bunny said. A whole bunch of bunny children were doing the bunny hop. They were yelling and screaming at the top of their little lungs. All the easter eggs were collected for the little children, not it was time to give them out. It started at Rosie's house, for that was the first house in the row for little bunny children. One of the grandest Easter bunnies gave the beautiful egg he had found to one of the cutest babies that was Rosie's sister. She didn't really know what the egg meant, because she was just a baby. He had given all of the eggs to the little children in that house. He went to the next house with eggs. He knocked softly on the little door of the house where the little bunnies were. The two other bunnies did dances. A small young Rosie child bunny opened the door so that the Easter bunnies could come in. She was dressed up very nicely for Easter. Eggs were given out to that family. Then it was all done, and there was the next house, the third house. It seemed like the eggs would never stop coming in Bunny-hop town. There were twelve more in the row, but they hadn't finished the third one. Then a little bunny came hopping along the grass to the Easter bunny. The Easter bunny said that he was giving out eggs, and she should go to her house. Then, one of the eggs, it seems like the prettiest Easter egg, though it wasn't was given to one of the bunnies that was only four, and there were balloons all over the ceiling. He went to the fourth house and gave out eggs as he did with all the other. The bunnies this time did a fantastic dance, and gave out four pretty little eggs to the bunnies. Now it was the fifth house, the last in line. A pretty egg, though it wasn't a very pretty egg, was given to the mom. The other children that had already got their Easter eggs were quite happy now. It was getting later and later into hte night. Soon the moon was showing over the little houses. The three Easter bunnies went to bed as the others did, and had a great time. THE END. | | |

And I'm listening to David Crowder's song "Wholly Yours". Life is good. And a bit suspensful...I'm waiting....and waiting...I'm sure those who auditioned for Peter Pan can know what I mean! | | |
